Information on CNA Duties



But when you actually work in various types of hospitals, long term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, adult care centers, hospice, nursing homes, mental care centers or for offering restorative cares, you will have to implement your training program knowledge and skills thoroughly for offering everyday routine nursing cares to patients. You must also give extra attention for using safety measures and infection control while executing your CNA Duties.


Every state authorities and health agencies have implemented Nurse Practice Act that contain complete provision, duties and responsibilities, you must follow, while offering nursing cares in these facilities. It is also your job duty to work under the direct supervision of Registered Nurse or a Physician and, act as mouth and ear of these nursing professionals by reporting everyday condition of the patients to them.
